Success and Goal Orientation

Success and Goal Orientation

Why Dream?

...to find your dream and see how special it is and understand precisely whether you need to take action or if simply seeing the dream is enough.

You can do this course to gain clarity or to sharpen your ideas... but you dont have to do the course if you just want to be a member of  Dreamteams. Would you like to have a designated Dreamteam? Then take the course. There we will definitely find your dream and, if you wish, help you let go of it or make it a reality. Perhaps your business idea is just a dream that simply needs to be understood without doing any business

Why Team?

Going it alone is no good. You can't do it alone, and you're far too focused on yourself. Together, you see so much more! ...Is there anyone who truly understands what you see? Do you understand it yourself? In a dream team, you'll be listened to and supported—or steered away from your futile endeavors—with constructive criticism, insightful advice, and real help. You can rely on your dream team members. They think along with you, listen to you, and sharpen your vision. That's how you help each other. Where else can you find a dream team? So, if you don't have a dream team yet, you can get one here. Give it a try.

The Story

A dream team isn't just for dreaming. We do become experts at dreaming, remembering our ideas and seeing where they came from. But we also see what we truly want and how things stand in reality. Do we really want to, can we truly turn it into a 'business,' or what purpose does the dream, the vision, serve otherwise? We recognize ourselves in the vision and see that we, too, are souls in process and perhaps need to let go now. We don't stand still, but move forward. And where does the energy come from? Well, we can get it here—to do what we need to do. We're not alone; there are like-minded people in your group, people who will listen to your doubts and discuss your jumble of ideas with you. We help each other and help each other move forward. Workshop, team meeting, workshop, team meeting... That's how you progress. You can leave, but your team will remain. Farewell, Togetherness

You will only have one dream team in your life. At the end of the workshop, you will say goodbye to your dream team and to your past. For this, we have devised a small farewell ceremony for you and your team. For example:

We stand in a circle, extend our right arm, place our right hands on top of each other, one hand on the other. We take four deep breaths and say together, aloud:

Our promise. 'I promise you, and we promise each other: We will help each other live our dream and achieve our wishes and goals. We will help each other achieve our success. We will help each other and bring all our courage, trust, and goodwill to this. Each for the other. I am thinking of you and offer you my ideas and my energy and give what I have. We will see each other and help each other across continents and times. We are a dream team, and I will not forget it.

'So you never forget.'

... We raise our hands high, very high, and open the circle so the light can enter, and release a large balloon that carries our wishes and our longings up into the universe. Then we say goodbye to each other.

Afterward, everyone receives their certificate, signed by Alan as a final farewell. Then everyone goes their own way, whereever it will lead.
