And then Comes the Farewell ...yes, it comes.

We hold a workshop on the topic of farewell and have a 'farewell ceremony'. It's a new beginning. 

From here, everyone embarks on a new path. 

At the Farewell Ceremony you receive your Certificate, a Diploma, it is proof of belonging to your Dreamteam. 

You receive the right to wear the light blue Dreamteams Club Jacket with the Silver Crest on it. Particularly deserving members are awarded the Dreamteams Honorary Crest in Gold.

And so, my friend, your Dream Team adventure comes to an end. You receive your Dream Team Certificate, and perhaps—not entirely unlikely—you will stay together.

The question remains: how can you stay connected in the long run? That's an ongoing theme. I hope you still meet up sometimes, now and then, and try to remember what your dreams were and perhaps still are. And to understand what you can do for each other now. Because you are a Dream Team, aren't you? And you will remain so forever.

At least, that was my idea, yea, I had that dream.”
