Cooperations
"What is a Team?"
Invite your business partners here—your collaborators, suppliers, freelancers, employees, shareholders, bankers, and even customers. Virtually or in person. How can you work well together? Many people are interested in this. What is a team, and how does it function effectively? We'll practice formulating ideas and discuss the structure and balance of business relationships using practical examples.
"What is a (Business) Partner?"
My partner isn't meeting my expectations. My partner doesn't like me anymore; my partner is lazy; I always have to do everything. My partner has a lot, I have nothing—my partner doesn't talk to me. He's not fully committed. He's not delivering what was promised. I'll get him back. There's a fight. I'm sorry about all of this—I'm sorry for what I said. I'm sorry for what I didn't say. I'm sorry for what I did; I'm sorry for what I didn't do. I wish it hadn't come to this. Let's talk about it – what makes a good (business) partner?
"Work-Life Balance"
The myth of work-life balance. A friend, a good friend, is the best thing in the world. But how do we juggle work, company, and projects with our private lives? Do you have a friend? Well, that's great. But for how long? Do you have a wife or husband? Yes, well, for how long? Or are you looking for one? Work-life balance. What is a family? How do you build a friendship or a family despite time constraints and business appointments?
And take your time, because it's fleeting and doesn't come back. We practice and get practical. We help each other – do you have someone who listens to you and helps you?
But we do; we have our dream team, and we listen and help eachother.
