In the Focus of all Meetings

Thorny Buisness Ideas

We first try to understand and describe your idea, if there is one. Why is it so inaccessible? Can it actually be called a 'business' idea, or why have you got that idea?

What do we see in it, and what would potential customers see in it?

We help each other overcome very specific obstacles, and we stick together. This is how we become a Dreamteam, and a very special one — YOURS, and maybe the ONLY one you will ever have.

Working in a Group

Active listening and asking questions clarify the situation and lead to the core of the topic. Together, we formulate a description for or of your project and determine the next couple of steps.

Dreamteam members typically contribute a number of hours of unpaid work into another's project alongside their own (and allow others to contribute to theirs). This mutual collaboration is a mandatory prerequisit of our Dreamteams Workshop. It is the very essence of Dreamteams.

We want motivated and committed participants in Dreamteams. We do not have mandatory assignments, for example from the Job Center.

There are only advantages

Much of this communal helping actually free and very useful. That's why Alan Heck founded Dreamteams, and he did so voluntarily, not because he was commissioned to do so by anyone. And you are doing it voluntarily too. What a sad place the world would be if there weren't a few people sticking together.
