In the Focus of all Meetings

In The Focus of all Meetings

We first try to understand and describe your idea. Can it be called a 'business idea,' or what is it about?

What do we see in it, and what do potential customers see in it? We help each other overcome very specific obstacles, and we stick together. This is how we become a Dreamteam, and a very special one — YOURS, and maybe the ONLY one you will ever have.

We work in a group. Active listening and asking questions clarify the situation and lead to the core of the topic. Together, we formulate a description for your project and determine the next steps.

Dreamteam members typically contribute many hours of unpaid work to another's project alongside their own issue (and allow others to contribute to theirs). This mutual collaboration is a mandatory prerequisit of our Dreamteams workshop. It is the very essence of Dreamteams. And we want motivated and committed participants in Dreamteams. We do not have mandatory assignments, for example from the Job Center.

There are only advantages

Much of it practically free and very useful. That's why Alan Heck founded Dreamteams, and he did so voluntarily, not because he was commissioned by anyone. And you're doing it voluntarily too. What a sad place the world would be if there weren't a few people sticking together.
